Forgive and forget are things we've been taught to do merely to remain civil and to regain the relationships we knew and held dear to us. Forgiveness is not saying it's O.K.......IT'S SAYING IT'S OVER.I release whatever hurt has been caused and I TRY TO LET GO OF IT.

Lastly,I don't think forgiveness is like turning on a light switch on and off.
It's a process......and it takes time.
