My daughter bought me tickets to matchbox 20. She is 18 and did it on line, she is inexperienced with these purchases and she got RIPPED OFF by ticketsnow.

I tried to help her get her money back, she is a poor student!!!

she ment to go to another web site, misspelled it and was REDIRECTED TO THIER SITE!

They over charged her by $198.00!!! The face value of the tickets are $110.00. That is SCALPING and is illegal in the state of Utah!

I called them, they wont do anything. They will consign them, I AM SURE FOR A FEE!!!

100% Guarantee is the tickets are authentic and will be delivered prior to the event.

well la de da da da!!

very mad very mad

Fookin Arrs holes!!

Call the credit card co and put a stop payment on it. Or you could report them to the State Corporations Commission who has the power to revoke their operating license.

anyway all i can suggest if if it was a paypal purchase
they will get it for you
so will the bank that holds the debit card
its not scalping tho
they can sell tix for whatever the market will bear

if she can print out a confirmation email
which should have been rec'd at the time of purchase
no prob

Contact the Better Business Bureau and like Ooby said, contact the state commission.

They'll have to prove why the fees are so high. Other than mailing fees and convenience fees, which cannot exceed a certain amount, they cannot sell the tickets for higher than face value + these fees.
