What a depressing thought!blues

Reading through the threads, it got me to thinking an awful lot of folk seem to let fear shape their expectations in life, and especially in relationships.

Cynicism.

I've kinda recognized this in myself too.

But hey, it's impossible NOT to allow fear to have a significant influence on living our lives...right?confused

Isn't fear the root of insecurties...and we all got them haven't we?

What you be thinking on this subjectio?hmmm

Damn, Detente i sense that something is about to happen in your life. So many serious questions.

Umm ... Is Marry Poppins knocking on your door ... to bring the wind of changes or what? wink

and once again ... Honestly ... I keep myself away from people with fears, with a bad experience in a past relationships. It is difficult to explain WHY though. Perhaps my guts tells me to do so.

As a rule of tumb those kind of people (especially a weak ones) will always carry those memories inside and eventually their suspicious that I might to repeat the same dishonest act toward them will surface. And It is scary.

conversing cheers

i live my life...
openly and honestly.
anyone who has followed my posts can tell you exactly what im thinking at any given momentgrin

I'am not saying its right or wrong... just saying my fear does not drive me away from being myself.

if one tries to put on a front or act differently than who there true character may be... Then they will not be successful for any length of time.

a persons true character will always rise to the top in time... so shouldn't it be the real one from the beginning...

Ahhh, the "C" word. Well, the other "C" word.

Fear has not shaped my life, but cycnicism has influenced it. I've been working on shedding as much of it as I can. These things take time. cool
