Second week is much better. Still getting cravings especially like now when I am online , which is when I used to be smoking, but all is good.

Thanks for the help that first week. You and BEB have no idea how much you truly helped me.

kiss

What kind of drugs are you taking? Please tell me, I can't bear going through the agony of quitting again.

No kidding, I'm thinking of trying Chantix, has anyone tried it? Does it help?

i know a good number of ppl that have used it w/ success
however i think as w/ any addiction
if youre not done the quitting wont stick
but chantix is a few months deal
so maybe one can 'fall into' wanting to be quit?
does that make any sense?

many areas have free stop smoking programs that provide it or patch

youve already paid for it w/ your cig tax

thats how i quit 6 or 7 yrs ago
it was good fun
nice group of people
but believe me-
i wanted to quit so bad and couldnt
so i was dooone

facing being enslaved really sucked
but motivated me
i really hated it and couldnt stop

dunno

good luck
im in your corner

stay away from rwantin tho
