You would have to read my thread "are you a quitter."

I quit 3 days ago..After heavy smoking for 30 years.
was 2 packs per day... about 6 weeks ago I made myself start cutting back,, got down to under a pack per day, tried the patch but it was too strong.. kinda messed me up, so I took it off, been using the gum since and it is going pretty smooth.. none.

hell.. if I can do it.. anybody can.

Chantix makes them taste really bad, but you still have the physical cravings... if the get too strong.. use the nicotine gum.. they work great on the physical effects.

ahead of time.. Make yourself smoke outside,, maybe even keep the cigs in your car,, make them such a pain to get to as you can.

I cant believe what a difference 3 days makes!!!
Feel so much better already.

Indy.. the first day is the hardest......... fight like hell that day no matter what dont smoke!!
Then it gets much easier each passing day!
