Made my brother Outlaw a Birthday cake (well I improvised).. in 2mins flat!

I bought two ready made raspberry and cream sponge cakes.. a can of whippy cream... and some little bags of sweets (candies).. and a pack of little candles.



1. Slap cake number one on nice plate

2. Squirt whippy cream all over the top.

3. Plonk cake number two on top of cake number one.

4. Smother with whippy cream.

5. Decorate (FAST!) with little sweeties.

6. Poke in pretty little candles..


Et Voila! 2 minute Birthday cake!

im doing it right now
its what i do most saturday nights

im makin 2 giant stewpots of soup.

at my church we secretly adopt different elderly ppl or hospitalized
or whatnot and make every week freezable food for someone,
usually a big batch for a few families and my freezer too.

its like secret santa but w/ soup and i looove cooking for people.

I had a delightful warm shower without worrying about being late for work, I drank my coffee while it rained & crawled back into the bed with my kitties.

I had a cake made for my mum once.. as I got out of then car.. I dropped it!!!.. It landed face dowwwwn.. I picked it up.. turned it over.. picked the little stones out of it.. and gave it too her anyway. (none the wiser)

the gingerbread house is me and my mid 20's boys and some friends-trying to do a project at xmas-
best memories ever-we laughed sooo much

we abandoned the directions quickly and it was anarchy
i think if the little man hadnt been put on the roof
(the excuse was that he had to attach the xmas lights )
it may not have collapsed-but we had so much fun
and then filmed it as a documentary-

Not a lot to be honest... went to a cool Salsa club though last night and danced the night away.... bit tired today as a result so a fried egg sandwich is as good as it got

We film family 'Documentaries' too.. Like my daughter doing a 'Can she eat a snail' test in the garden..

For Earth Day: Other than the heat and the refrigerator and 2 computers, we have turned off all other power. We have to do something for an hour in the dark.

Ohhhh Pole dancing... that would be great fun.. great exercise and would be great for sexual confidence building... If I could find a few willing partners in crime I would be well up for it...

I like Salsa dancing but I prefer to improvise (with sometimes hilarious consequences)... I hate all the one, two, three, four stuff that they do in dance classes.. I end up in knots.. .. I become more focused on the counting than the dancing

Salsa is great though..very sexy!!
