Well, I haven't really been here long, but I can't stand the upgrades.

If I wanted to look at a bunch of pictures floating around the internet, I'd spend my time on google images.
If I wanted to spend my time watching youtube videos, I'd spend my time on youtube.

I wanted to spend my time having conversations with adults, which is why I was spending time here on CS forums.

In the past 24-48 hours I've seen a drastic decline in any intellectual conversation, and a rapid increase in "Ooooooooo look at this video, look at this picture. Look I can write in purple and pink and green!!"

I did Aries and it was a good thread. It's the kind of thread that gets people thinking and the kind I personally enjoy the most.

I'm all for progress, but...
I just don't see how writing in color and reposting a bunch of pictures and videos from other websites could be deemed as progress.
