Many years ago I used to have an EXTREMELY foul mouth, I could really cuss up a storm whenever I got pissed. Well, I took an anger management class & learned to control my temper & found some substitute words such as:

f**k = fudge, frig, fooey

s**t = poop, shoot

bi**h = witch

Was just wondering if anyone has any new substitute words?

i just say "cuss" when i want to use one of those words....it took me some training, but it comes out instantly now....i think i sound odd at times, but it still sounds better..JMOthumbs up
