Very true.... Trudy.. this has been sent to me before by a friend when I was going through a very hard time in my life.. it really didn't help me feel any better but the wisdom in it explains a lot...

I love this poem...I guess the only way to tell which one is which is to see who has come and gone in your life and made some kind of impact whether positive or negative and how things changed because of them and who is still there making an impact!!!!!!!

Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason , a season or a lifetime .
