I have to respectfully disagree.. particularly when you go over age 25... altough some girls do, due to there nurturing nature try to 'fix' a guy... which can be a recipe for disaster...

And as for still keeping pictures up and saying that one is here for the forums.. why not??? I have made it clear to anyone who has displayed any interest in me...that I am not on the market.. and anyone I don't recognise as a friend from here I just delete without reading the messages.. or respond with my position (if displaying interest.. though mostly is just friendly banter)...

I am sure u didn't mean what u said in a bad way.. but the amount of individuals on this site who have been pointed out by you as potentially 'indecent' as a consequence.. I am sure are not particularly pleased with such a baseless judgment

I know myself and I know that I am a sincere, loyal and yes 'decent' person... perhaps my clear conscience means that I don't really think there is any big deal about havin my pic up... as I have said before and my past history confirms this.. I am a one man woman.. when I have feelings for someone, nobody even comes close to being in the equation..

You are far from been indecent. You are one of the decent girls on here and as you said you are only here to post on the forums. Putting pictures on your profile lets you put across your points of view without hiding behind a barrier. Also your pics are great and don't have the I am looking for someone pose. How many people post on the forums only with no pictures?. You also only post on certain topics ones that grab your interest and which intellectually stimulate.

Also as I am over 30 with no kids and single am I indecent or does this just apply to women?. Its like if a guy has many conquests he is a stud but if it was a woman she is a slapper. I don't see the distinction.

Anyhow getting back to the main topic. There is nice girls out there just keep looking If you think negative thoughts about women you will get nowhere. Also when you least expect it they will appear. Don't go actively seeking them.

Thanks Skimpy... decency is about the person.. who they are inside and it is their actual 'actions' (or in some cases inaction) that matters... judging someone on something as superficial as what they contain in their profile is not right.. in my book anyway...

Although I agree if someone was putting up suggestive seductive pictures then one might be forgiven for drawing a rash conclusion... but not married before in mid 30's with no kid.. good god!!.. that means most of my work collegues and girl friends are indecent!!.. perhaps I should re-consider the company I keep
