When you get real serious into a relationship, How much of their past do you really want to know about?
Do you want to know all of the dirty details?confused

I am not sure, and you brought up a good question,do we really want to know, three months into my last relationship I found out that he was a nudist, not that there is anything wrong with it but it is just not for me,I viewed him in a different light so to say,no pun intended, and certainly no offense to our nudist here, just a choice.

No, unless something in it is driving their behavior toward in the relationship. Then it is best to know enough to try and help them work through it, otherwise it is likely to continue to be a problem.

Myself, I don't mind the normal chay stuff, but I dont like hearing every now and then bits at a time about how every relationship was, how they had sex or various other adventures...............
If I need to know I will ask.
But for the most part, I think it is better to start a new life and let the Bad parts of the past be just that..........PAST devil innocent

Honestly........ You just never know!
I have not had a good track record at picking them.
But I do know I'm getting too old to play all of those childish games.

rolling eyes I'm a big boy..LOL
But if not married... its still fair to ask if need be.
Some things can determine if the relationship should continue or not.

However...If Married- I can handle about anything as long as it is honest. I am one of the guys that has a very mild temper.

No don't want to know all the dirty details. Most of the past has nothing to do with your relationship. Only want to know the important things like pertaining to children.

I have no desire to know all about her past relationships. Who, how many, how often dose not matter if she's with me now. We all have a past and unless its a criminal past its of no importance.

Pretty much,, If it can hurt me I want to know, or if it is something that is going to haunt the relationship.

Yes agree. Just don't have to know about every little thing they have done or everyone they have been with.
