I do like the vote he took in the Illinois regarding a burglar's right to sue the property owner if he (the burglar) was injured on the property.

Chances are if the burglar was in that much need to be forced to have to steal, he should probably have the right to sue the property owner if he was injured. How could that NOT make sense.

Indy.....a robber comes to my house.....decides to enter and slips on a bar soap I left out.....he should have the right to sue. I left the soap out. Then again, if I have neighbors like the guy in Texas had (and I do)....he get the right to shoot the robber. Sounds fair to me.

Thank you!

Sorry for the Indy comment. I could not resist. And I did get off topic with it.

I tried to pull up the site for the balance of the article. But could not.
Is it on a different link?

But see, if this was Texas and a certain person was still governor, you'd have the right to an electric chair in your home. You subdue the intruder, and then take care of business. smoking

I have no doubt that O'Bama will win this election....but when I consider who is voting, I am not surprised.

The same electorate that voted for Bush..twice, will continue to vote without giving serious thought to the outcome.

Yes, O'Bama will win...America will lose! As we did with Bushsigh

Neither McCain nor Obama have been under deep scrutiny yet. I wouldn't put money on either one yet.
