D'oh! Where I come from we call them pinza (de depilar) or pince (à épiler) ....

You can imagine the problem I had living in UK for so long and getting my "I" sound and "EE" sounds mixed up!!! I had to give up buying or mentioning the word "sheet" and use the word bedding instead (not joking!!) and only ever talked about a "piece" of paper when I was teaching (French & Spanish) !!!!! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

Had a few laughs along the way before deciding alternative words might be the solution!! yay
