when you are opening a new web page instead of typing the http www.blah.com you can just type the site and hold "ctrl" key down and press "enter",,,,,it adds the .com and the www for you.......doensnt work for .net etc

alt + F4 is very popular ... try it now sticking out tongue
F3 Search, sometimes app specific
ctrl + alt + delete ... we all know that one
Win + pause/brake brings up system properties
win + M minimizes the window
win + R run command
win + L logoff/on
win + E windows explorer
win + U narrator app
ctrl + c/v/x ... everyone knows that I think

there are more but usually they are app specific.
