I see men doing this all the time! I don't think they are scratching. It's like they just have to adjust themselves. Maybe it's just a habit.

Exactly. You can't legalize manners. What is truly sad is that this actually made it into a court, instead of being thrown out as a frivilous lawsuit.

I mean.. just imagine walking down the street and seeing women doing that here and there..

the first think it would make me think is.. venereal disease..

These people should be tried for scratching or adjusting their balls and penises in public. What could be more digusting , expecially to uptight women? The man should be able to defend himself and try to prove that his balls or penis didn't just itch; they were in an uncomortable postition.

If anyone is further annoyed by this disgusting habit, the man should prove that he had more than an itch or a readjustment problem.

I suggest that the man's penis and testicles be severed.
