I think one of the essential problems with society today is that they have so much of the day to day stuff to worry about, they don't have time to 'nurture' their spiritual side.. this is unfortunate as it is important to be at peace with yourself.. cause if you are at peace with yourself.. all the other stuff takes its rightful place in terms of priority and life is more likely to take its natural course and fall into place...

Having said that I do struggle from time to time... cause the 'real' life stuff is hard to avoid...

Hmmm I agree. I don't think I'm spiritual at all, I live from day to day dealing with my 'real' life and work. Having said that I still feel at peace with myself without making any concerted effort to do so.

Perhaps it's just that I know when to relax and as far as possible divide my work and leisure time equally?

I dedicate more attention to the spirit than to the temple, although, timewise, the temple is apparently more demanding.

I think that's a good point, Aries - though I'm a bit short on time to contemplate it, what with all the bills and chores I have to perform today.mumbling laugh wave
