What do you do..

Or how do you cope after having your heart broke? What do you do when everything reminds you that person or you can not think of anything but that person. How do you move on or at least figure out where your heart and head is?

As much as possible I want to face problems bravely even if it means hurting myself. So in the long run its easier for me to move on and let go of things that are not meant for me. JMO

The thing that will hurt the most is facing everything, but they say things heal with time. Also gets easier.I have the hardest time facing problems, and even though I remember I have go over things before it is always harder the next time.

Recovery is only as limited to the amount of time it takes to fully let go...Being friends for me depends on the way things ended...If it was on a bad note..then no because if someone hurts me while in a relationship bad enough for things to end...then they aren't someone I really want as a friend either!!!!!!!!!

I've been hurt in this site with a person I trusted most but I still talk to him and watch his photo with his latest girl so I will feel hurt no more.. it sounds crazy but it just made me realize that we are not meant for eachother and he chose not it to be.

thought it hurts but it helps me lot.... jmo

Thanks that helps me alot to know.I guess even though at the time when you think something is meant to be then it isnt that it hurts worse but it helps reminding yourself its not meant to be.

It does get easier everyday, you just may not see it....they tend to run together in sorts. but there be a time when a things dont seem so blurry and painful, a memory or thought of her wont be so raw..you will feel lightened in a sense. but until then...stay busy, hang out with friends, workout, go to the movies...but stay away from things that remind you of her if possible..i know its not easy, but nothing worthwhile is and there will be others who will take the empty place..my best to you...hug comfort bouquet of flowers

Whether you dive into your work or you fill your non-work time fully with plenty of other things.... that can help a lot, but Hugz is right, the best remedy at the end of the day is....

TIME!!!

Trust me, it WILL get easier, not overnight, but it will. thumbs up

cheers
