How honest is multi profiles?

Most people have 1 username and profile but there are some that have 2 and more.
Using one to look like such a sweet person, level headed thinker and caring.
But then use another to hide behind, to be nasty, fight, argue and just be rude.
Some even have multi usernames and profile so they can lead on more than one possible partner.
Crap like this don't fly on the pay sites because people don't want to have to pay for each profile.
But do it here because it is free.

Sorry, but to me this is nothing but cold and manipulating others, nothing but lies.

If people can't accept you as a total package..what kind of joy do you get by pretending to be what you are not?

False enjoyment from being a totally fake person. What a poor life to live.
And then those of us who are honest, with only one profile, and show all of our feelings and thoughts are the ones that others want to judge so harshly.
I think- be more accepting and understanding of the real people!

How do you feel about using multi profiles?

I agree fully!

Karma's a bi*** because such people will never find true happiness and they are obviously sad to do such desperate things.

well it's dishonest and manipulative obviously but the only one they're really fooling is themselves. why do people feel the need to be excessively rude anyway? just because these forums can be anonymous? these are probably the same people who can't say 'boo' to anyone in real life... so they vent their frustration here...don't know if that was helpful at all

I have no reason to hide, I have posted on a lot of topics, and say what I think, Some like it some don't.
But that is how we get to honestly know a bit about each other.
But honestly, some are fake anywhere,, here and real life.
But a front can only hold up for so long.

Or do these people really want to meet someone?

I think its a deceptive & shitty thing to do.. I think it says A LOT about the kind of person they are if they need to have more than one identity here.

Not someone I wouldn't want to know.. man or woman.

The funny ones.. are something different to me.. they are done with humour.. and have been a temporary thing, that have usually only kicked around to enhance a thread at the time.

That's only recently.

In the DSM, they used to be lumped as one condition.

Just in the last couple of years have they been separated into three categorites.
