So is staying alive. The wall is going to help keep some very bad guys with very bad things out of the country. I don't think the wall will come down for several generations.

I find this post to be very sad and very true. All Americans are not oblivious and selfish. Im embarrassed to read these posts from American men. It is funny sometimes in situations to be robust, even obnoxious, but theres different levels of respecting people overall. Americans are getting to the point where they can only socialize with Americans. Times are changing and with weak leaders in America, dependent upon others, attitudes have to change. I hope Americans can realize that all around, because this country wont last otherwise.

I also want to add that my supervisor is Turkish-Canadian, terribly more educated than myself, and has my utmost respect. Yet he is paying to take English classes in the US.

My supers accent is French canadian. Not sure if that is wording that right.. but it is how he sounds. He is being taught in his classes to strip him of that, just to live in America. The teachers in America (as told by him) have said his accent makes him second class. I can understand him perfectly and think his accent is beautiful. I wanted to take him out of that class, its stripping people of their identity.

It is really strange that someone with an accent could be put in a category of being a Second Class ... Hmmm

I think accents make languages sounds more beautiful and enigmatic as long as a person speaks proper English.

Then how about Arnold Schwarzenegger? confused
