Oo tell you what I do do tho..

When I have a whole salmon.. I stuff it with herbs and wotnot.

wrap it reeeeeeeally tightly in tin foil.. and put it in the DISHWASHER haha

(no detergent.. and nothing else in the btw)..

run it on a 60 wash..

Et voila! perfectly cooked whole salmon. I cooked one like that for my friends wedding once.. it was huuuuge (the salmon.. not the wedding haha)..

She came over the night before and said.. 'ermm.. but wheres the Salmon?

I said.. 'ermm.. its cooking in the dishwasher'..

and she was like --- > 'OMG! my very expensive.. huuuge salmon!'

Claayer - that is too funny. We love salmon so I'll have to try this. You can also blanche fresh corn on the cob before you freeze it in the dishwasher.

Most of the time, yes. I've done this plenty of times. I also like to get creative with my cooking and come up with a new recipe. My daughter enjoys doing this with me. I am a good cook when I want to be.

Yeah me too.... my food always tastes better when I cook with enough interest and especially if I have a shot of something or a glass of wine.
