A woman was laying in her hospital bed one afternoon waiting to be taken to have her operation . After her best friend heard about it she went in to visit . As they make small talk her friend finally had the guts to ask what she was in there for .
" I am having an operation . " she said to her friend trying to keep a straight face .

The woman looks at her friend and gave her this sad look and sais
