from your wife/husband, or significant other, did you loose weight?

Since I separated from my wife almost a year ago, I have lost 70 lbs or about 32 kg for the rest of the world.
Has anyone else lost a significant amount of weight after breaking up?

Yes I dropped weight from stress so quick..my family told me I looked sick...I'm not sure how much I dropped because I never weighed myself BUT it was enough for all my clothes to be too big and for people to be concerned...Me I didn't even notice much...just that my clothes were big!!!!!!!

That was 14 years ago...so of couse I have made up for it since!!!!!!!!!

It's a stress reaction to the body....wine

No, I'm talking about before the separation. Living with someone who treats me like s&)t tends to take my appetite away.

I gained about 20 pounds... got rid of the stress when she was gone and ate better. but I was underweight when I was with her.

5'11" and 155 lbs is not real good.

Yes, once I told him a year ago that I thought we should split (he said I was just hitting the 'change'), I slowly started to lose weight.

Once I decided it was done, I really lost, total 50 in the last year...no that does not include his 180 lb.

All my friends say it's stress. I figure, nope, I'm happy now and my body is just going back to what it was before I entered a loveless relationship.
