I'm not sure where the agency would be.. somewhere less rural than here.

It would take care of the same kind of people my agency does now. People who need personal care.. people with disabilities.. physical and mental.. different types of illness and treatment programmes.. and Final days care.. people that want to come home (or stay at home) to die.

It would run smoooothly.. with super trained triple checked carers.. Carers who were all trained in manual management.. Catheters.. PEG feed.. Colostomies.. hoists.. slings and all that jazz. People who were naturally GOOD people persons. Not someone who doesn't give it 100%. There would be no screws ups on the rotas and double ups.. the contracts and care packages would be kept up to date. .and the staff would have to ALL show up for weekly meetings.

I would still want to do it if I had the 20 MIL.. because I would probably get bored stiff after a month of so.. haha.

I have a thing about shoes .. because I am a WOMAN.

I'm not sure how much would pay for a pair of shoes.. depends HOW much I wanted them. haha.
