1. the devil does'nt issue you with any commandments

Well, trying to be "Christ like", helping people and trying to be a better person sits much better with me. I couldn't even imagine the other side of the coin...I'll stick with Jesus, thank youthumbs up

Cause the 'fun' is usually a short lived high.. leaving you with a void...

Living life in accordance with your inner voice/ur spirit (which I believe to be from God)...leads to much better peace of mind and comfort within ones self...that feeling of calm... is worth any number of short-term highs

The Devil is a bit like a selfish and corrupt politition... ultimately manipulative, controlling and out for his own ends....

In my opinion the devil was concept invented by religion/humans to instil fear in uneducated people as a means of crowd controle and only exists in people's heads ...

There are plenty of "well meaning" guys who start/fight wars and take lives unnecesseraly in the name of "their Jesus/God"

In some cultures "hanging with the devil" means reading books written by "free thinking people", in others it means a woman wearing a short skirt ...

Important expressions too often get used without being defined ...
