The book I give most often as a gift and really love is The Alchemist by Paul Cohello followed closely by The Fairy Tales of Oscar Wilde... after that there are soooo many, I'm a reading fanatic!

The Time Travelers Wife
The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns by the same author, I forget the name
The Glass Palace
Every thing by Ann Rice, Margaret Atwood, Carl Hyacinth and Patricia Cromwell
The Red Tent

I'll stop before I get carried away...
