I read a ton of books, my favorite recently was a whole series of books on Ireland in the 20th Century - real and fictional characters - by Morgan Llywelyn, each with a year as the title: 1916, 1921, 1949, 1972 and 1999.

Dennis Lehane books are great as well, Mystic River, Gone Baby Gone and more.

I don't think I have a favorite book but do enjoy author, James Patterson. I am currently reading the 5th Horseman which is part of the womens murder club. John Grisham is another I like to read but Michael Connelly is good also....

I have the book. I bought it shortly after my mother died, but haven't been able to bring myself to read it. I'll see if I can find it and read it. I know it's in this house somewhere.

You know, I recently watched "No Country For Old Men" and was astounded. That's my country...the scenery is incredible (my stomping grounds) and the story is so deep you can think about it for...however long you wish :)

I heard the book was fantastic. Has anyone ever read it?
