Sometimes you can be attracted to a person by their picture. Then you start talking but find that you really weren't made for each other. But that doesn't make either party a bad person. Just not the right person for you.

No I don't think a pic can tell you if someone is nice or not.

I have to say though I like it when someone has a pic up.
It is nice to put a face to the person who you are talking to.
