So was curious.

Myself... Daily would be perfection but Twice a week is fantastic.

Not asking just for peoples to try to sound like king stud.. asking seriously

Daily would be nice because i have noticed I dont know if any of you have? That it makes me sleep well afterwards. and like they say a goodnights sleep the better you are and the healthier you are.
