As I'm sure you have learned, Ohio is a no-fault state. So you'd need a creative attorney to administer a little revenge.
oh but they would rather try to point the finger at the one who isn't wronged anyone to make them feel like they are 2inches tall and they try to be the civil one and get crapped on and get nada

Sounds like it didn't go well for you...sorry. I tell any friend going through the process to remember those three little words -- "Hide the money."

Not to make it a divorce thread, but Ohio goes by income percentage in the household for child support. ANd there isn't alimony in the state anymore. Hiding money doesn't work.

Sure it does it's called assets and should be split, has nothing to do with child support or alimony

Alimony is a payment for a woman to "maintain her standard of living" Which I think is BS..she can get a job.

There is no alimony in Ohio any more.

Splitting assets has nothing to do with alimony.

Duhhhh, did you read my post or do you not understand hide the money? I said money is an asset and has nothing to do with child support or alimony.

If one partner manages to hide money or other assets from the court it's very difficult for the other party to get their half.

Please focus on what has been said if you are going to reply to it.

That's what you posted. Where in here do you say hide the money?

Perhaps YOU should read the thread before replying.

For f*cks sake goose, I replied to something you said very clearly and you misconstrued it... is it so difficult to admit you didn't understand something or jumped to a conclusion that is incorrect?

I don't know what has happened to you lately... you used to be one of my favorite people on this site and now you've become a holier then thou little preacher... for someone who doesn't believe in Christianity you're doing a bloody good impersonation of a holy roller.

2. I have plenty of friends and don't need any more.
3. And My opnion of you has changed also from your origional post on this thread.

Well you know that's fine by me... we all make mistakes, at least I have the courage to admit mine and not judge others, maybe you'll grow into that.

I see this thread stopped because no one is ballsy enough to say a word.

But I will. Why? Cause I'm keeping it real. And I'm an a$$hole who doesn't pull punches.

I've lost a sh*t ton of respect here. It's a rediculous thing that you did, and frankly I'm a bit disgusted.

The first part of your post you say how bad you felt, but in the second part, you say the "Other Woman" shouldn't be blamed because she's single.......ARE YOU FARKING KIDDING ME?

They are both at fault. There ARE NO VICTIMS in this situation except the one cheated ON.

There's plenty of fish in the sea, and you chose to fish in another woman's pond?

My reply about the "other woman" came from reading through the thread. Over and over women are being accused of "going after" a married man, not much has been said about the married men that are out on the prowl, lying to their wives and the women they are hitting on, how many women wind up seeing a married man not realizing he is married?

I never set out to "steal" another woman's man... I met a guy who had a really busy life and wasn't interested in a serious relationship which suited me perfectly at the time... it wasn't until later that I found out his life was so busy because he was married.

I didn't post that in the initial post because I don't make excuses for what I do... I accept the responsibility... but then I didn't think I'd be attacked like this either... so there's your answer goose.

I'm so happy that you've never done anything in your life that was a mistake and can sit in judgement over others.
