Try reading some books on european hisitory and you'll soon learn that the various monachys and wealthy families intermarried to forge alliances with each other.

When you get that in your head and you'll realise the peoples of Europe were not black in colour within europe it isnt much of a surprise to see why there are not any black kings anywhere outside the african continents, obviously.

Nobody can consistently keep bringing up these colour questions without trying to start trouble and any thread that does should be removed by the mods in my opinion.

Add to that man evolved from whats believed to be africa and java man we all have intermingling genes, so the colour thing should be banned outright imo.

The alliances were made with other (caucasian) kingdoms in Europe to ensure safety and diminish the risk of war... as far as I know the African Continent was colonized and the inhabitants "enslaved" no alliances there, no safety to be guaranteed...

And, to my UK friends, finally, what does it say in the Constitution? Or whatever the name of the book the governs the regents of the UNited Kingdom? I'm sure it must say something about it in such a book...
