You know i have just peeled the potatoes and diced the swede, cut the cabbage put the chicken fillets with garlic and rosmary in oven. God it just don't seem right to me. Going out to lunch next Sunday rolling on the floor laughing

I dont seem to be able to get the hang of cooking for just one person still - wouldnt know where to start on some meals, toast for one I can manage though grin

most other things, like a sunday roast or a curry, I end up either eating leftovers for days or freezing - sometimes both laugh

Ahhhh.... Mair!! If it helps, I desperately tried to get so many things done, I had a mishap (let's say).... so I've given up!! Not one of my better days, I fear.

But if ya ever make it down this way, you will have some slap-up nosh for sure...!! And, I promise, you won't have to lift a finger.... you will be pampered!!
