I am trying to remember where this happens. There is a Country that when you kill someone you have to take the place of that person financially for the rest of your life.

id stick them in a cattle shed in the island and let them become cannibals! but, with no. 2, do these murderers even get a sentance?? or just meet the family? there is people out there that kill others just for the fun of it... they thrive on looking at another families pain

hey, this is kind of a follow up on slims rage thread.. and it got me thinkin.. why do we need prisons?? its a luxury theses days, wht cant it just be a simple system like whatever crime you commit, you get it done back you?? you rob a bank for 1,000 you pay it back, or work community service for free until you do?? you beat up somebody outside a pub for no reason, you get a beating yourself from some big 7ft jean claude van damme guy?? you kill somebody and proved guilty.. then tough shit, who are you to take someones life, your dead??

why cant this be the way, i think its proper order..

Check out Sheriff Joe Arpio and the Maricopa County, AZ jail. These clowns get to sleep in tents when it is 115 degrees outside. They whine about it being hot & Joe tells them the troops in Iraq withstand 130 degree temps with full field packs..

Also, they are on a 1200 calorie a day diet...

They usually don't come back..

Wouldn't work, we would soon be back to mob rule days.. back to mob hangings, witch burning and so on.

however.. child molesters are easy... cut off all of their equipment and leave them with nothing but a cath bag. if they are stupid enough to do it a second time.. death.

As for killers.. they die also, but the victims family should be allowed to kill them.. not someone else. and kill them in the same way they killed.

however....
Law is too corrupt, if someone was killed because any law official lied, covered up evidence or in any way cheated to convict someone.. they should get the same sentence as the defendant.

The law says DNA and many other types of evidence are almost 100%.
if that is true... they should have to bet their life on it!
If it is found out later they it was wrong... They die!

But I will go one further... If anyone lies about a crime..saying they were raped, beaten or whatever crime... and it can be proven that they lied.... This person should get the same Prison/ jail time as the defendant would have received!
This will stop people from making false claims for revenge just because they are mad at someone... And it does happen often!

3) Pedophilia...Enjoy your sentence. You will be accommodated on the Island. (It has to be contained) What...your complaint is that you do not have internet access on this Island...you will not be afforded contact with the outside world.
