And yes he wants to put more into education for high tech jobs in America.

I didnt understand that...will he stop outsourcing..........where deos piutting more into high tech education come into picture here.......america is not spending money to outsource...may be americans are loosing jobs but again american corporates are benefitting by outsourcing to cheap labor countrys..........
