Yeah, after the honeymoon period of a relationship when love & lust wear off and reality kicks in there is usually plenty of grumbling, moaning, complaining and bitterness about the supposed "Shared" responsibilities that 1 of the partners usually ends up having to cope with by themselves.

I wouldn't let it die naturally and not say anything though. I would call them all the lazy gits under the sun before I got rid of them.

Then I'd make sure the next one I fell in lustfull love with wasn't so idle

Love at its very best is gentle and sublime, romantically speaking.... on a practical day to day basis, you need to have commmon goals and ideals, and a good amount of patience and flexibility.

I think people expectations of love are too high. We forget the other person is human and are prone to making mistakes.
