I personally have no preference. It probably depends on the woman. Many women look great with short hair. It should be well kept in my opinion. If a woman has long damaged split unhealthy hair, then she isn't doing herself any favors by keeping it long. So, in conclusion, hair is something that I take notice of, but not the length so much as how well kept it is.
