I'm not sure they should be returned to their mothers. Their mothers didn't do anything to stop the abuse while they were there.very mad

I understand where you getting at, but that person, teenager, who supposedly called the law makers doesn't really have a true story about the older guy abusing her, as he was no where near in existence. So something rather fishy!
