Well, I dont know if anyone was close and awake, but apparently we had an earthquake this morning... And before anyone asks, YES I slept right through it!! LOL!! My dad called me and asked if we were ok... I was like yeah I was fine until you interrupted my dream!! lol!!

Just wondering if anyone else in the area was awake or asleep?? It wasnt a bad one I dont think, I think it was a 5.4... something like that, but I have yet to watch the news... I think my dad said it was in Evnsville.... but again, I was asleep when he called... I wish it would have woken me up... but I was passed right out at that point!!

Everyone I have talked to woke up.... nope not me!!

Well I am glad it wasnt just me!! lol!! I sleep in my basement- thats where my room is, because I get scared of the winds and weather up here. I am not from here, so the weather here kinda freaks me out on occasion... Guess maybe thats why I didnt wake up, I doubt f my room was shaking as it is all concrete underneath the carpets, and even the walls and everything are... Im thinking it didnt have much of an effect on mine or my kids rooms!! lol!! I knew there was areason I chose those rooms for me and my kids!!

uh oh! rolling on the floor laughing uh oh!

I slept through it too.The only reason I knew about it was because my mom said something about it.I was half awake when she called to tell me.Then someone else called and told me about it so I knew something went on.

My dog started barking about a minutes before it happened then my bed started shaking and i heard the pictures and my trophies in my kitchen rattling. Then this afternoon I was walking into my apartment, and I noticed a crack to the right of the door, in the bricks! I never noticed it there before....scary.dunno

Some of the earthquakes are so weak that people can’t notice them.the earthquakes caused by explosion, volcanoe and so on are very weak. The processes that happen in litosphere of the earth generally provoke strong earthquake in.uh oh!
