I still think what Mr. carter has done is a great acheivment and the man really deserves international recognititon because of that. Mrs. Polesi met with Syrian presidnet as well earlier and I remeber very well the amount of Repblican storm a gainst her and all that but that meeting in it self was a great step which has resulted in continuation of talking between Israel and Syraia and maybe these talks will end in a real peace between the two countries some day.
Rice is just a part of american current administration whom had not been peacefull at all and because of that all agreements made from this administration is and will bebased on Fear and Faer never works as any thing solid!
Of course Israel has full support from USA if problems accure and all Israels enemies in the area knwoing that very well. This support will be there if the president is a man like Bush or if it will be Obama or Hillary Clinton and that is a solid fact as well.
When the current administration keeps talking only with Abbas and ignoring Hamas whom as you know very well has the support of most Paletinians, then it is just a waiste of time and energi and a reason to militants in Palestine keep gettign more guns and explosives and acting like Bombs just ready to get in action a gain.....Not a real good situation for any body in that area at all.
Rice says: "Stop settlements , Bush says the same" but they make more and more fo them and all of a sudden rocketing an area in the occupied territories a gain and a gain and gain!
It is not because Isreali government acting like the bad boy from the classroom whom not listening to dadda Bush......This is the real situation of these so called "peace talks" model Bushney001
Mrs. Polesi and now Mr. Carter to gether with many other wise people also in Israel are making great afforts for creating peace in the area from unofficial channels and thanks god there are good people as Polesi and carter and others like those whom deserve a great admiration and recognition because they Care!
Of course they dont approach USA or Israeli government TT! What do you think they they would have ritched asked bush and Olmert if they asked first? Should Mandella ask any body before he from the very prison began a movement toward destruction of Apartheid sytem? Should gandhi ask any body before he began his work a gainst colonism from the british?
Business as usual has not worked at all and any positive result earlier which began with camp David meetings during Carter and cpmplitted by Clinton is totaly devistated and the area looks like a huge bomb it self right now!
Let Real experts and experts whom care Taking care of the real difficult job! In the current administration in the White House there is no body whom Cares at all!
