This thread get more mad each time i pop in and read it.

How on earth can people think the type of twaddle i see spouted in here defies logic.

Fact: Ask a Georgian when their belief in Russia giving them a fair deal will start.Historically this has never been the case, and Stalin use to question their commitment on a regular basis and then execute the military leaders to ensure control.

Georgian's were always put in harms way, as a matter of course to kill as many of them as possible.

I seem to remember an internationally famous politician being assassinated as well.

As for the Russians and Afghanistan, well i seem to remember them protecting their southern border, especially as their space industry isnt far over the border, along with some highly strategic military targets.

This logic is pretty much on par with the Cuban example of why America didn't want nuclear missiles just 90 miles from its shores. It's the same thing.

Also its a condition of joining NATO that a country rearm with compatible components that we as western countries supply.

An awful lot of the potential countries that want to get NATO membership cannot afford to do so, period. The cost is shall we say crippling for a developing economy.

It's far simpler to be a paid up member of the UN and settle all differences in the chamber, rather than let a small group of "turds" make a fortune and asset strip a country of its natural resources.

The World Bank does a fine job ensuring countries are crippled with debt.

Time for the blinkered ones to smell the coffee and keep their problems within their own borders and keep fair trade agreements with other parts of the globe.

Double standards don't sit right with me.And if you really believe arguing too and fro about the merits of one bought and paid for politician over another to justify your ideology is a complete waste of time.

Thats the point of circular arguments, their repetitive and a total waste of time.

But carry on, i'm sure you will.confused

"Relax, Retire, Re Vote"

"Florida: Where your vote counts, and counts, and counts"

"Florida: We can't vote but you should us handle 15 bingo cards
at once"

"Florida: If you think we cannot vote, wait till you see us drive"

"Florida: If you don't like the we count then take I-95 and visit one of
the other 48 states"

New NOAA study out on global warming and ice studies. Guess what?

Seems like they got it wrong in 2007. They it is not thawing as fast as they thought. If the future President McCain does go to the north Pole......I am sure it will still be there for him to enjoy.

What if Gore endorses McCain?:-) You know how those Dems like to
flip flop on things. McCain is mid road...moderate.....very similar to Gore positions.

3% of IN in Hillary 59%
and
Obama 31%

approved by the board.

IN 5% in Clinton 59%
and
Obama 41%

REP are voting 52% to 46% Clinton
Ind are vothing 52% to 43% Obama

70% of all the IN voters say that the Rev. Wright issue was important.

59/39 % please grin

I guess he will loose Indiana around 45 to 55 and that was expected any way. A lot white unemployed workers in the state of Indiana whom by mistake "think" a white candidate will understand their problems better.......and oak they also know under Clinton the state enjoyed much better economichal situation than to day.

Half an hour form now....results from North carolina starts to come in.......

Hillary will never win in both places....what a releif in deed!

Al Gore endorsing McCain is really like Nelson Mandella ever shaking hands with G.W.Bush or if a personality like Mother Theresa would ever thing Cheney is a really nice guy! A real impossibility which never happens any way! He is not disillusionised at all and he knows whom is the real enemy when it is a bout the feauter of all human beings......

Just look at how mother nature behaves now on days....Taking at least 40000 people in Myanmar even there have never been any thing like that in that area.....drawing 8 peoples in sea even not a thing was seen before it happend...one horrible thornado after the other and surely more horrible ones to coem I promise in America and yeah....mother natur is truely angry and kicks back!

A McCain in office will not be the soloution Ever .....and Al Gore from all people knows this very well.

Actually I am hearing that Economy was the most important issue for Indiana voters? ABC news, CNN and others as well saying the same actually!

And 59 procent of indiana voters beleive Hiallry is the one whose attacks a gainst Obama has been mostly unfair and not based on real truth.....

Are you listening only to Fox news or what?Other republican propoganda stations? Boortz radio or where?

Wright issue is what Republicans want being the main issue...because they know the horrible economichal situation of their country is the Bushney,s fault and no body elses and besode they know their McCain has even announced he does not know any thing a bout economy any way!

Keep puffing under Wright Bullshit TT......Wright is Wright , Obama is Obama....They are not running for the office to gether you know?

Yep... horrible economics. We're still in the 4% range of unemployment. That's considered full employment by most economist.

It would seem to me if your buddies are terrorist or hate filled, it should be a fair topic for discussion.dunno
