This question occurred to me during a strangely intense session of kissing....

My answer: Yes. Nothing is more intimate than kissing, imo.

Well, no. Kissing is very intimate, it can be very intense, but it's not sex. It's, erm, kissing...

Is this an elaborate way of letting us know that you've been K.I.S.S.I.N.G with someone...? :-)

Not sure it constitutes "sex", Ambrose.... but intimate, yes, and sometimes you can't beat it. Mind you, I would just have to try it out once more to make absolutely sure..... wink devil

I doubt, if I had a spouse, it would matter whether it was a form of sex or not. If it wasn't with her, she'd be just as pissed as if I did the full-on nasty.

Not to be facetious but the way I see it, anything that expresses your sexuality may be considered sex, sexy or sexual.

Not to me....because why do you still want to keep going after you're kissing? You want more because it's NOT sex. You still want sex!

That's what I'm getting at. I actually think most (well, most women at least) would be more jealous of their man making out with someone has opposed to having sex (and no kissing/intimacy) with a prostitute.

women are more likely to be angry about a man's emotional infidelity whereas men are more likely to be upset about a women's sexual infidelity (according to psychology research, anyway). So, it makes sense that a woman would be upset about a man kissing another woman, even if no sex was involved.

That's exactly what I was thinking. laugh

Kissing isn't a form of sex, it is a part of sex though. And of course it's wrong to make out with someone else if you're in a commited relationship. That wasn't the original question though, if that's what the OP wanted to know, he should have asked that.
