There are less than eight months until the election, an election that will
decide the next President of the United States . The person elected will be
the president of all Americans, not just the Democrats or the Republicans. To
show our solidarity as Americans, let's all get together and show each other
our support for the candidate of our choice.

It's time that we all came together, Democrats and Republicans alike.

If you support the policies of John McCain, please drive with your headlights on during the day.

If you support Obama or Hillary, please drive with your headlights off at night.

Sounds reasonable to me.

laugh Oh now......it's funny~

In that case...smash out one headlight. Buy a copy of Consumer Reports and compare prices. Check to see if the headlamp you are considering buying is "green" friendly. Upon purchasing said headlamp, be sure you investigate which credit card to use as you certainly want to use the credit card that will allow you extra sky miles, and avail you to the cheapest interest rates.

Do not install the the headlamp...keep it in the trunk of your vehicle. You can then bring attention to the darkness of the ecology while inspiring people with only one headlamp, that there is light. Upon election day......install the headlamp, proclaiming. "Real light comes with your vote for Ralph Nadar!"

Well like him or hate, he has made a difference for the better on some things, such as the seat belt.

Got to disagree with that. The government should have no say in what I do in my car...an extention of my home. Nor should they tell me what to do in my home. The only people who have benefited from seat belts are insurance companies who pay out less awards.

It should be MY decision whether I wear a seat belt or not. I don't need the govenment to protect me from me!

I will say his persistance sparks debate outside the Democratic Republican norm in the same way Ross Perot did wich I feel helps to make people really think instead of just voting party lines and yes that is goodthumbs up cheers

Excellent! Very good!
Nader: I liked the Corvairs...had one of the last ones made. Never a problem; always thought he went too far on that one. About the seat-belt comment and Govt. "interference" who then would have made overall safety of the driver and passengers mandatory...by the same reasoning...would you rely on some off the street electrician to wire your house as no electrical safety codes would exist...which then, of course, begs the question of just how safe would electric chairs be?? %D
