Why is SMOKING something to celebrate?

Maybe I am missing something here. I have seen many profiles with pics of people smoking with either special poses or captions saying THIS IS MY COOL PICTURE etc lmao. Are these people really adults or in the 8th grade ? Sometimes I wonder. I see nothing 'vogue' about abusing your body. In fact I respect people less when they ACT like they are cool because they smoke. I just wanted to vent. I prefer to CELEBRATE fitness, celebrate not caving into peer pressure and being myself .

I smoke herbs for medicinal purposes...once in a while. I don't think it damages my health in the way cigarettes or alcohol does..

I really don't care what other people do, but i am NOT dating a smoker, ever!
I really can't handle the health implications and bad breath....yeah yeah, they could chew gum

I just won't do it!
