wondering what is going on

as i sit here dreaming
alot has come to mind
why does it seem
as if my past has come back

in the past week i have
heard from the ass
the jerk
and the kid

i dont know what to think
not sure what to do
the ass promises everything
i had ever wanted with him

not sure what i should do
the jerk, calls when he wants
which has ever been his way
except now he call almost everyday

The kid now is a different story
i really came to love him
i never asked him for anything
and he never asked me

the only one missing is
the one that left
with out a by your leave
leaving me and family to get by

as for what to do
i have no clue
all want me
except the last one

they say your past
comes back to haunt
well i know now
that is very true

what shall i do
wait and see
which is all i can do
as i sit here dreaming

yes it was a sad time when i orgiinally wrote it in feb. but now that things have changed i feel as if i can 'release' (sorry only word that comes to mind) fully the emotions that were there when i wrote that.

that is true that it dont seem to come fast enough. i have also told people that it takes time. but sometimes the advice you give others is harder for ones self to take.
