I did PT for a spinal injury many years ago...It wasn't much fun.

I loved my session today. It went great and my physical therapist was shocked at how nicely my arm and shoulder move now that there's nothing holding it back anymore. I've got almost full range of motion back now, and using it more and more each day. yay

Well I have to go pack and get ready to go out of town for a few days. hug hug
