Once, just once i read USA today and i was amazed it wasn't in the format i was used to reading news in a newspaper over here in the UK.

Then i found the Washington post and also the National Enquirer so i know where to read about Elvis and his alien baby, as well as political scandal and where to get a cheap chevy next time im over there.

I couldnt believe the format of USA today. and the content isnt long enough or detailed on anything, i was amazed and it was almost comic like.

I always read the comic strip in the newspaper first..


Managed to get a nicname of one of the charicters when I was young,

No, don't remember them but my comic reading was spotty. I read all the old classic British ones:Beezer, Topper, Dandy, Beano. Later was into Marvel and DC:Batman, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, the Fantastic Four.
More recently,the most impressive things I read were Frank Millers re-inventions of Batman:'The Dark Knight returns' and 'Batman:Year one' And of course the awesome 'Preacher' maybe the weirdest story every told.

Casper - Hot Stuff - The Phantom, Richy Rich, etc.


Read them all, every comic was enjoyed.

I loved the Archie comic books. After I had my son is when I got into Spiderman, Fantastic Four, the Hulk etc...peace

Yes, I did. Archie, Superman, the Pink Panther. I still love the comic strips in the Sunday paper, and watching some cartoons.

Some cartoons today actually kill brain cells, so I avoid those, but I still love Bugs Bunny and Tom & Jerry.

Yep...still a kid alive inside here. peace
