looking for tennessee times again

would you travel if you could
to a time back in the past
where values were so different
and love was there to last

the time was slower
the world was simpler
your world was only
in your back yard or town

home in the country
surrounded by hillsides
slow flowing river
going down to the sea

working the farm land
making your own way
slow moving culture
echoes from the past

tennessee hillsides
with morals and wisdom
may not be progress
but bring back those days..

Sounds like where I live now.....except there's a stream, not a river and I'm not in Tennessee.

It all sounds wonderful

except for the part about "working the farm land"
that is to much like hard manual labor
