I see all these threads about weather or not we can find love here. There’s a new one every few days it seams.

So I ask the question, why not. It seams to me love usually finds us when we least expect it and often in unlikely places. So why not here on CS, it happens as we have all seen so why keep doubting that it can happen. Stop sweating it and relax.

If it’s meant to be it will be!

Beyond that just learn to value the good people here and be thankful we have this place to come to. Be glad you have the chance to make the caliber of friends you can find here.

You are correct in that this site offers the chance to find both love and good friends.

I can also lead to heartache, but guess that is the flip side of the coin.

I have found both on this site and am more thankful for the good friends than anything else.

I have been least expecting love for a very long time now and so far it hasn't found me

I did have a little peep in the last place i would expect to find it , but i wasnt there either.

Love sometimes seems to be one of those things that makes no logical sense and at times can make you feel irrelevant..

Just like the time my ex had her affair...

I asked her why i was the last too know...

Straight away, She picked up the phone and called her sister and told her that she had an affair..!!

I think the people you hear whining about not finding love here would not be able to find it, or even recognise it, anywhere. They come here expecting a quick fix, for someone to "complete" them. When they find out it's pretty much the same here as IRL, they get pissed and blame it on the site and everyone in it.

Those who can't find happiness within can't find it anywhere.

The problem about here is that you can't get to know a person intimately, talking online and in person is something so completely different. A lot of times, people try so hard to look for love that they don't realize it's right in front of them. You can't try to find happiness or it will become transparent.
