I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia several years ago. Part of my symptoms are RLS. I've tried several Rx's, and some OTC...None had much impact, until I tried Requip. It's worked -very- well on me. I don't seem to have had any bad side effects...yet...hopefully, I won't...but in case I do, I think I'll keep the quinine tabs. in mind...Thanks for the info!!

This is not fibromyalgia, two completely different things. You need to stay what the doctor prescribed for you if it is working. what I am talking about are leg cramps that cause you to kick loved ones out of bed at night, the spasms can be quite bad. Please look it up and google simple words or go to Hyland.com as this is a natural ingredient , you have a Rx.

Mmmmmkay!

Kutchikokov ~ cut · your · cock · off

You do understand that by explaining the joke, all humor has been sucked out of it, like a big joke killing vampire bat....right?

After reading this, I decided to talk to my GP...to find out IF there is a difference. There is NO difference. RLS is RLS...whether it's associated with Fibro. or not...the end result is that it is Restless Leg Syndrome and is treated as such. Now, whether or not certain meds. work...that IS different. Every person is different, and as such, not all meds. or remedies will work for everyone.
The 'leg cramps' you were talking about...is RLS. The same thing that causes your legs to spasm, is the same thing that causes mine to spasm....RLS...and yes, it can be quite bad. conversing conversing conversing

Drugs , I hate to hear abought people using drugs to try and fix their problems. RLS can be cured threw acupresure ,,,please look into it.

Sure everyone wants the magic pill, but the cost on the organs can be quite expencive.

Dennis (RLS is often a nervous reaction, eliminate the stresor source and the issue will be resolved)

You do not have it once. You have likely experenced a leg cramp ,,,Pinch the cleft under your nose,,,,,, that will releive the blood flow and aleviate the cramp.
