Thanks for your support morganlee and everyone else who supports the ban on battery cages I hear that there is a law coming out in the future think 2012 and it will ban the use of battery cages in briton but would be nice to have the ban worldwide.

Wait a minute! This doesn't make much sense. Are you saying these cages are electrified? If so, why? The chickens are already confined in a cage what's the point of electrifying it? Electric fences don't work on chickens anyway because of their feathers.

I think this is nothing more than yet another PETA scam to get people to stop eating anything from animals. Anybody remember the one about KFC breeding chickens without feet or heads? What a load of BS. KFC doesn't even raise chickens, they buy them from hundreds of chicken farms.

I'm curious as to why you have taken up the cause of preventing inhumane practices in the production of eggs from chickens?

Do you have a farm that produces eggs or poultry for food? Or do you have friends who are chicken farmers? or do you own a flock of chickens?

In the Uk this has been on going for many years, because of it's cruelty, as far as i'm aware the cages are not elecrtified, but the conditions are cruel.

KFC are known to have used them in the past. Not sure if they still do.
