I think they can. I've had several female friends that were just friends. One was my partner in a billiards league. We would drink and compete and just have a great time but there was never any awkward moments. Just to friends enjoying each others company.

Yes,I know them for more than 10 years.I may call them at any time and I am sure they will come for me,that is what I call real friends.

so do you think if you met a new man now you could tell him that you only wanted to be friends and then they would stay your friend like the three others?

Amm,good question.I meet lots of men in my daily round to be honest.I have not noticed some of them to want anything but being just a friend of mine.

guess i wish i asked a different way lets say you meet a new woman and all she wanted was to hang out and only keep it as friends
